LG Finally Enters the Art TV Market With Its Gallery TV
LG’s Gallery TV arrives years after Samsung's The Frame established the category. Here’s what Gallery TV gets right – and where it falls short.
Ahead of CES 2026, LG has announced its new Gallery TV. Designed as an art-style TV similar to Samsung's The Frame, the Gallery TV uses a Mini-LED display powered by LG's Alpha 7 AI processor. It will be available in 55-inch and 65-inch sizes with a 4K resolution, and features a slim, flush-mount design with customizable magnetic frames.
New televisions from Amazon, Hisense, TCL, and others are designed to display fine art and look like a painting when they’re switched off. It’s all thanks to smaller living spaces and new screen tech.
